The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Two Passenger Lifts With Brand New Passenger Lifts In The Muszelka Spa Sanatorium In Kołobrzeg.2.The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Presented In Annex 1 To Swz.3.The Tasks Will Be Performed In An Active Facility, The Intensity Of The Work Should Be Adjusted With The Facility Management.4.The Offered Lift Must Have A Document Confirming That The Appropriate Conformity Assessment Procedure Has Been Carried Out For The Complete Lift As A Whole, Issued By A Notified Body, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Directive 2014/33/Eu. The Document Must Refer To The Type Of Crane Offered And The Technical Solution Used. 5. It Is Not Allowed To Confirm The Compliance Of A Complete Lift Solely By Presenting Separate Certificates, Certificates Or Other Documents Regarding Individual Components Or Safety Elements. Documents Relating To Components And Safety Features Can Only Supplement The Documentation Confirming The Compliance Of The Complete Lift.
