1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction And Modernization Of Sports Facilities At The Municipal Stadium In The Legionowo Municipality. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Following Works: 1) Construction And Modernization Of Sports Facilities, Including: A) Construction Of A 3×3 Basketball Court, B) Construction Of A High Jump Hill And A Shot Put Arena, C) Modernization Of An Athletics Track, D) Modernization Of A Long Jump And Triple Jump Hill, E) Construction Of Markings And Installation Of Sports Equipment; 2) Execution Of Works In The Field Of Accompanying Infrastructure, Including: A) Construction Of Fencing, Gates And Ball Catches, B) Construction Of Sidewalks And Necessary Hardened Surfaces, C) Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements; 3) Construction And Modernization Of Pitch Lighting, Including Installation Of Poles And Led Fixtures, Construction Of A Power Supply Installation With A Control Cabinet And Power Supply For The Clock/Scoreboard; 4) Carrying Out Works Related To Greenery, Including Replanting Existing Trees And Restoring Green Areas; 5) Carrying Out Accompanying And Final Works, Including Preparation And Protection Of The Area, Demolition And Reconstruction Works, Tidying Up The Area, Replenishing Fertile Soil And Sowing Grass, Waste Disposal And Carrying Out The Required Tests, Tests, Measurements And Acceptances. 3. The Order Is Co-Financed By The Masovian Voivodeship As Part Of The Program For The Development Of Sports Infrastructure In Voivodeships.
