1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Southern Tower In The Office Building At Ul. Bema 70 In Warsaw. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Include General Construction Works, Which Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Scope Of Work Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Determines The Scope Of Work Constituting The Basis For Calculating The Value Of Lump-Sum Remuneration For The Tower And Individual Office Rooms. The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party, Within 5 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, An Offer Cost Estimate, Which Should Be Prepared Using The Simplified Calculation Method. The Ordering Party Informs That The Construction Works Will Be Performed In An Active Plant, Therefore The Difficulties Related To The Implementation Of The Works Should Be Minimized. Particularly Burdensome Works (E.G. Noise, Dust, Removal Of Rubble, Etc.) Should Be Planned After The Plants Working Hours, I.E. 15:30 - 20:00, And On Non-Working Days, I.E. Saturdays And Sundays. The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party About The Need To Work Between 3:30 P.M. And 8:00 P.M. And Days Off At Least Two Days In Advance. The Contractor Is Obliged To Adequately Secure The Work Zones, In Particular By Marking, Foil Wrapping, Etc. In Order To Properly Prepare The Offer, It Is Recommended That The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Make A Site Visit To The Area Where The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Implemented And Obtain (At His Own Responsibility And Risk) Any Information That May Be Important For The Preparation Of The Offer.
