The Order Includes: - Modernization Of External And Foundation Walls, - Modernization Of The Floor In The Basement, - Modernization Of The Ceilings Above The Basement And The First Floor, - Superstructure And Reconstruction Of The Roof, - Modernization Of The Buildings Ventilation Elements, - Replacement Of Windows And Doors, - Replacement Of Flow-Through Water Heaters With Capacitive Ones, - Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation, - Modernization Of The Electrical Installation And Replacement Of Lighting With Energy-Saving Led Ones, - Installation Of A Pv Installation, - Installation Of A Lightning Protection System, - Replacement Of The Water Supply System, - Replacement Of The Sanitary Sewage System, - Reconstruction Of The Toilet And Cleaning Room Into A Toilet For Disabled People, - Installation Of Perimeter Drainage, - Reconstruction Of Living Quarters Into A Rehabilitation Clinic, - Hardening Of The Area.2.The Contractor Provides A Warranty For Construction Works.
