Renovation Works Include The Rooms On The First Floor Of The Building In The Scope Of: Demolition Of Wall And Floor Coverings, Repair Of Plasters In Office Rooms, Construction Of New Partition Walls, Replenishment Of Plasters, Renewal Of Paint Coatings, Replacement Of Internal Doors, Installation Of Sanitary Walls, Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures And Plug Sockets, Replacement Of Sanitary Fittings And Sanitary Equipment In The Rooms. Toilet, Pvc Floor Coverings. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) - Annex No. 8 And The Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Analyzed In Connection With Stwiorb, Technical Knowledge, Construction Practice And This Swz And Based On The Draft Contract - Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 2. In Order For The Contractors To Directly Become Acquainted With The Subject Of The Order, At The Written Request Of The Contractors, The Ordering Party Will Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Construction Site. The Date Of The On-Site Visit Cannot Be Shorter Than 3 Days Before The Date Of Electronic Opening Of Offers. The Place Where The On-Site Visit Begins, The Date, Time And The Person Authorized To Carry Out The On-Site Visit Will Be Indicated By The Ordering Party On The Purchasing Platform Of The Conducted Procedure.
