The Planned Pszok Will Be Located In The Area Belonging To The Przykona Commune - Plot With Geod. No. 71 Precinct 0026 Wichertów. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Scope Of Works) And The Conditions Of Their Implementation Are Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Together With Maps And The Concept Of Land Development, Called Technical Documentation, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Pfu Documentation And Applicable Legal Regulations, Construction Practice, Technical Knowledge, The Contract Concluded With The Ordering Party, And The Arrangements With The Ordering Party Made During The Implementation Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract.
