Scope Of The Orderthe Scope Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Execution Of All Works Necessary For The Creation And Proper Functioning Of The Mds, In Particular Construction, Construction, Installation, Sanitary, Electrical, Ventilation, Finishing Works, As Well As The Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment. The Detailed Scope, Technical Solutions, Required Parameters And Method Of Performing The Works Are Specified In The Technical Expertise Regarding The Creation Of An Emergency Shelter In The Building Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Lelów, Constituting An Annex To Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Expert Opinion, Technical Documentation, Applicable Legal Provisions, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice. The Scope Of The Order Should Be Treated As Comprehensive And Also Includes The Performance Of All Works, Auxiliary Works, Documentation, Arrangements, Tests, Measurements And Formal Activities Necessary For The Proper Execution And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Order.3. Works Requiring Notification In Connection With The Scope Of Works Specified In The Expert Opinion, The Contractor Is Obliged, Before Commencing The Works, To Prepare, By Persons With The Legally Required Authorizations, Complete Documentation Necessary To Submit A Notification To The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Authority, In The Scope Of Works For Which The Obligation To Submit Notification Results From The Provisions Of Law. In Particular, This Applies To: Strengthening The Reinforced Concrete Ceiling, And Reconstruction/Widening Of Existing External Stairs, In Accordance With The Scope Indicated In Expertise. Documentation Regarding The Above Works Should Be Prepared By Persons With Appropriate Construction Qualifications, To The Extent Appropriate For The Given Type Of Work. The Contractor Is Obliged To: Develop The Required Technical/Design Documentation; Ensure The Participation Of Persons With The Required Construction Qualifications; Prepare The Documents Required For Submitting The Notification; Cooperate With The Ordering Party In Submitting The Notification To The District Office In Częstochowa; Include In The Documentation All Requirements Resulting From The Applicable Regulations; Perform The Works In Accordance With Approved/Adopted Documentation And The Requirements Of The Administrative Authority.
