The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment In The Design And Build System Called Delivery And Installation Of A Channel Screen At The Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant In Jaświły, Consisting In Particular Of: A) Development Of Design Documentation For The Installation Of A Channel Screen With Accessories Based On The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To Swzb) Delivery Of A Brand New, Unused Channel Screen In The Amount Of 1 Piece, Meeting The Technical Requirements Specified In The Opz (Appendix No. 1) C) Performance Of Construction Works Necessary To Install The Screen On Existing Sewage Channel Along With The Development Of The Surrounding Area, Including The Installation Of A Shelter Over The Device D) Construction And Assembly Of The Electrical Power Supply And Control Installation Together With A Control And Control Cabinet, Including Cabling, Sensors And Control And Instrumentation Elements E) Carrying Out Technological Commissioning Along With Training In The Operation Of A Designated Employee Of The Ordering Party F) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Necessary Decisions, Opinions Of Other Authorities, If Required) Preparation Of As-Built And Technical And Operational Documentation (Dtr), User Manual2.A Detailed Description And Method Of Implementing The Task Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Information Contained In The Opz Should Be Treated As Supporting Material For The Contractor To Prepare His Own Project.3.The Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant In Question Is Located On The Plot With Geod. No. 198/1 Jaświła District.4.While Carrying Out Construction Works, To The Extent Necessary To Perform The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Continuity Of Sewage Disposal And Treatment Throughout The Duration Of The Works, Including The Design And Implementation Of The Necessary Bypasses Or Other Temporary Solutions For The Duration Of The Installation.5.The Ordering Party Requires A 36-Month Warranty, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works.6.The Scope Of Obligations Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor Has Been Described In Detail In The Important Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz).
