The Scope Of The Investment Includes Works That Will Include Renovation Of Part Of The Ground Floor And Ground Floor Of The Building In Accordance With The Technical Design, Including In Particular: Securing The Construction Work Area, Marking The Area For The Duration Of Construction, Demolition And Dismantling Works Including Removal, Construction Of Lintels, Reinforcement Of The Ceiling, Reinforcement Of Walls, Execution Of Cement-Lime Plasters For Walls And Ceilings, Installation Of Tiles, Execution Of Finishing Works On The Ground Floor, Including Installation Of The Ceiling. Suspended From Plasterboards, Plastering, Painting Walls And Ceilings, Installation Of Internal Water And Sewage System And White Accessories, Construction Of Cement Floor With Insulating Layers In The Ground Floor Of The Building And Other Finishing Works. The Implementation Of Works Performed Under The Order Was Divided Into Two Stages: Stage I - Completion Date By December 15, 2026. As Part Of Stage I, Works Will Be Carried Out In Part Garage, Including: 1.Demolition Works;2.Construction Of Lintels And Structural Reinforcements, Including Ceilings, Walls And Foundations;3.Making Plasters And Tiles On The Walls;4.Execution Of Finishing Works, Including Plastering And Painting;5.Replacement Of Electrical And Heating Installations, Including Lighting Fixtures And Radiators;6.Construction Of The Floor With Insulation;7.Execution Of Tile Cladding On The Walls And Floor. Stage Ii - Completion Deadline Is January 31, 2027. Stage Ii Covers The Execution Of The Remaining Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Not Performed As Part Of Stage I, In Accordance With The Technical Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Other Order Documents. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, Technical Documentation And In The Contractors Offer, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Contract. The Entire Scope Of Works Indicated Must Be Performed In Accordance With Construction Practice, Applicable Standards And The Execution Technology Indicated By The Manufacturers And Suppliers Of The Materials And Construction Products Used.
