The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works, Including: Renovation Of The Roof Covering Of A Farm Building Serving Office, Warehouse And Workshop Functions, Along With The Performance Of All Accompanying Works Necessary To Obtain A Complete, Tight Roof. The Scope Also Includes Preparatory, Security, Cleaning, Transport Works And All Activities Resulting From The Execution Technology.2.The Detailed Scope, Description And Method Of Performing Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Order: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Renovation Of The Roof Covering Of A Farm Building, Together With Annex No. 1 To The Opz (Roof Renovation Map) And Annex No. 2 To The Opz (Photographic Documentation Of The Roof), Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz; 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Entitled Renovation Works On The Roof Covering Of The Building: Gołysz Office And Warehouse, Barn-Feed Storage, Workshop, Enclosed Shed For Tools - From August 2026, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz (Hereinafter: Stwiorb);3) Certificate Of Notification Of Works Issued By The Cieszyn Starosta Of August 3, 2026, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz;4) Bill Of Quantities - Of June 12, 2026 - An Auxiliary Document And Not Constituting The Exclusive Basis For Calculating The Offer Price, Constituting Annex No. 11 To Swz.3.The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In An Operational Facility Based On The Work Schedule Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract In Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In An Operational Building, Therefore Any Need To Enter Individual Rooms Inside The Buildings Must Be Agreed With The Ordering Party At Least One Business Day In Advance Before The Planned Entry. The Contractor Will Inform The Ordering Party About The Supplies Of Materials Necessary To Complete The Order At Least 2 Business Days Before The Planned Delivery.5.The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed In An Existing Building, Therefore The Contractor May Carry Out Works Related To The Subject Of The Order On Business Days, I.E. From Monday To Saturday, From 7:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. The Ordering Party Allows Other Hours For The Contractor To Carry Out The Works After Prior Written Notice And The Ordering Partys Consent To Perform The Works At Other Hours And Dates.6.The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz, Is Only An Auxiliary Document And Does Not Constitute The Exclusive Basis For Calculating The Offer Price. The Scope Of Works Provided By The Contractor Is As Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Documents Referred To In Section 2 And Must Also Contain All Elements That Are Clearly Necessary For The Subject Of The Contract To Achieve The Required Objectives, Even If Such Elements Have Not Been Clearly Specified.
