The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Titled: Modernization And Adaptation Of The Koryznówka Manor House For Museum Purposes - Stage I, Covering Part Of The Works To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Project Consisting In The Modernization And Adaptation Of The Historic Koryznówka Manor And Park Complex For Museum Purposes. The Design Documentation Was Developed For The Project Covering A Wider Scope Of Works Than Those Covered By This Procedure. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Only The Works Covered By The Scope Of This Order Indicated In This File. As An Alternative, The Ordering Party Provides The Bills Of Quantities Covered By This Order, Taking Into Account Design Solutions Enabling The Implementation Of Subsequent Stages Of The Investment Without The Need To Perform Repair Works Or Dismantling Of Elements Performed Under This Order.
