Polna, Plots No. 46/22 And 46/25, District 0002 Brody, Registration Unit 081103_2, Żary Poviat, Lubuskie Voivodeship.3.The Subject Of The Agreement Includes The Performance Of A Complete Scope Of Works Necessary For The Reconstruction, Renovation And Adaptation Of The Existing Rooms On The High Ground Floor To The Functions Of The Treatment, Rehabilitation And Therapeutic Center. 4. The Material Scope Includes In Particular: 1) Dismantling And Preparatory Works, Including: • Demolition And Dismantling Of Existing Elements To Be Removed, • Tearing Up Existing Floors, • Dismantling Door Joinery, • Chipping And Removing Plasters, • Making Furrows, Piercings And Installation Holes, • Removal And Management Of Rubble And Waste; 2) Construction And Masonry Works, Including: • Construction Of System Partition Walls From Plasterboards, • Construction Of Partitions With Increased Acoustic Insulation, • Bricking Up And Making Holes, • Making Cement-Lime Plasters; 3) Finishing Works, Including: • Preparation Of Substrates, • Construction Of Floors From A Homogeneous Pvc Lining Along With The Installation Of Plinths On The Walls, • Construction Of Stoneware Tile Floors, • Painting Works, • Construction Of Suspended Ceilings, • Delivery And Installation Of Door Joinery, • Performance Of Other Finishing Works; 4) Sanitary Installations, In Particular: • Cold And Hot Water Installation, • Hot Water Installation Enabling Thermal Disinfection, • Sanitary Sewage System, • Installation Of Sanitary Fittings And Equipment; 5) Heating Installations, Including Underfloor Heating; 6) Mechanical Ventilation And Air Conditioning, Including Installation, Regulation And Commissioning Of Devices; 7) Electrical Installations, In Particular: • Construction And Equipment Of The Switchboard, • Basic Led Lighting Installation, • Emergency And Evacuation Lighting Installation, • Socket And Power Supply Installations, • Protective Installations; 8) Telecommunications Installations, In Particular: • Lan Network And Structured Cabling, • Construction Of 23 Pel Points, • Ups Power Supply System, • Cctv Monitoring; 9) Carrying Out All Tests, Examinations, Measurements, Adjustments And Start-Ups; 10) Preparation And Submission Of Complete As-Built Documentation; 11) Tidying Up The Rooms And Area After The Works Are Completed. 5. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Is Determined Jointly By: 1) Specification Of The Terms Of The Order Together With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order; 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; 3) Bill Of Quantities, Of An Auxiliary Nature; 4) Explanations And Changes To The Content Of The Swz Made During The Proceedings.
