The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A New 9-Seater Bus Adapted To Transport People With Disabilities, Including Wheelchair Users, For The Dobrcz Commune As Part Of The Implementation Of A Project Co-Financed By The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons (Pfron) As Part Of The Program For Equalizing Differences Between Regions Iii - Area D (Processing And Elimination Of Transport Barriers).I.Subject Of The Order, Requirements For The Car: 1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New 9-Seater Bus (8+1 Minibus) Adapted To Transport People With Disabilities, Including At Least 1 Person In A Wheelchair.2.The Vehicle Must Be Brand New (Year Of Production 2025/2026), Bearing No Traces Of Use, Complete, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, Ready And Fit For Use, With Minimum Technical Parameters, Equipment And Requirements Specified In Table No. 13. The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Arising From The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, Including The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law, Have A Second Stage Approval (For Adaptation To The Transport Of Disabled People) And Meet The Minimum Euro 6 Exhaust Emission Standard
