Tenders Are Invited For Zp.108.2026 Providing Comprehensive Services In The Field Of 24-Hour Storage Of Vehicles And Their Retained Parts, Including Their Towing To The Parking Lot In The Nowy Targ District

1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision, At The Request Of The Police, Of Comprehensive Services In The Field Of 24-Hour Storage (Security) Along With The Removal (Towing, Transport) To Guarded Parking Lots Of Vehicles And Their Parts, Secured By The Police For Procedural (Evidence) Purposes In The Nowy Targ County. 2) The Scope Of Basic Activities Included In Each Towing And Parking Order Includes: A) Accepting The Order And Documenting It By The Service, B) Travel Tow At A Specified Time To The Location Of The Vehicle (Parts Of Vehicles, Items To Be Secured) Indicated By The Police, Waiting For The Possibility Of Starting Loading Activities No Longer Than 1 Hour, C) Loading Of The Vehicle (Parts Of Vehicles, Items To Be Secured) Onto The Towing Vehicle, D) Transport And Unloading Of The Vehicle (Parts Of Vehicles, Items To Be Secured) In The Contractors Parking Lot Along With Their Protocol Acceptance By The Parking Dispatcher Service, E) Parking (Storing) The Vehicle (Parts Of Vehicles, Items To Be Secured) In The Contractors Parking Lot Until It Remains At The Disposal Of The Police, F) Making The Vehicle (Parts Of Vehicles, Items To Be Secured) Available For Inspection (Research) To Authorized Persons Indicated By The Police Unit For The Needs Of Which The Vehicle Was Secured, And Each Time Documenting This Fact By The Parking Dispatcher Service. The Expected Amounts Of Towing And Days Of Parking For Each Of The Units Covered By The Order Are Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Price Form).3) The Technical And Organizational Requirements That Must Be Met By A Parking Lot With Attendants In Order For The Contractor To Be Able To Provide Towing/Transportation And Parking Services Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz.4) The Minimum Number Of Parking Spaces That The Contractor Must Have At Its Disposal For The Needs Of The Police Has Been Specified For A Given Task In Annex No. 2 To The Swz.5) The Provision Of Comprehensive Services In The Scope Of The Contract In Question Will Take Place In Accordance With The Current The Needs Of The Police, Therefore The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Order In Relation To The Number Of Services Specified In The Swz In Cases Where They Differ From The Actual Needs Of The Police In This Respect. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Determines The Minimum Level Of Implementation At 70% Of The Value Of A Given Task.
