Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of An Agricultural Tractor

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor. Such A Tractor Will Perform Summer And Winter Road Maintenance Works. In The Winter, The Tractor Will Be Connected To A Single-Axle Salt Spreader With A Capacity Of Approximately 3 Tons On The Central Transport Hitch Driven By The Pto Shaft Or Connected To The Rear Hydraulic Outputs Controlled From The Operators Cabin. At The Front Of The Tractor, A Snow Plow Is Mounted On The Front Three-Point Linkage And Connected To The Front Hydraulic Outputs Controlled From The Operators Cabin. If Necessary, The Tractor Will Also Deliver A Single-Axle Drinking Water Barrel With A Capacity Of 5,000 Liters. The Barrel Will Be Connected To The Tractor Using The Lower Transport Hitch. The Vertical Load Of The Barrel On The Hitch Is 10.8 Kn And The Tractor Hitch Must Meet These Strength Parameters. The Tractor Will Also Mow Slopes And Roadsides Using A Side-Only Flail Mower With A Cutting Width Of 160-180 Cm. It Will Be Connected To The Rear Three-Point Linkage And Rear Hydraulic Outlets. The Weight Of The Rear-Side Flail Mower Is 800 Kg. In Order For The Tractor To Work Stably, It Must Have An Unladen Weight Of At Least 5 Tons. For This Type Of Work, The Tractor Should Have A 4-Cylinder Diesel Engine With A Power Of Approximately 120 Hp Connected To A Gearbox Enabling Gear Changes Without Using The Clutch.2.The Offered Agricultural Tractor Must Be Brand New, Unused, Complete And Manufactured In 2026. The Year Of Production Of The Tractor Must Result From The Manufacturers Documents And Documents Provided To The Ordering Party Upon Receipt Of The Vehicle. The Model Year Or The Year Of First Registration Of The Tractor Will Not Be Considered The Year Of Production. 3. The Agricultural Tractor Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1047, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act.4.The Ordering Party Assumes That The Tractor Will Be Used For Approximately 1,000 Operating Hours Per Year.5.The Parameters And Equipment Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Described In Detail In The Swz
