1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of Implementation Workshops And Training In The Field Of Psychophysical Fitness And Resilience Of Employees As Part Of The Project Transformation Of The Working Environment At The Gdynia City Hall. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Organizing And Implementing Workshops And Closed Training Sessions, The Aim Of Which Is To Equip Project Participants With Knowledge And Tools Conducive To Long-Term Professional Activity. The Project Transformation Of The Working Environment In The Gdynia City Hall Is Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Esf+) Under The European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Program (Fepm.05.06-Iz.00-0037/25). Each Order Includes: Provision Of A Trainer To Conduct Workshops Or Training, Preparation And Delivery Of Training Materials (Presentation And Script Only In Electronic Form And Exercises Necessary To Work During The Training/Workshop In Printed Form) And Certificates For Each Training Participant. 3. Workshops And Training Under This Subject Of The Order Will Be Provided To All Employees Of The Gdynia City Hall (Approximately 1,200 People) - Participants Of The Project, In Accordance With Individual Preferences As To The Training Areas Reported In The Recruitment Documents For The Project.4.The Detailed Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz), As Well As In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu, Appendix No. 9 To The Swz).5.
