The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Plant Material And Planting Of Trees, Shrubs, Ornamental Grasses And Perennials Along With Accompanying Works (Preparation Of The Ground, Stabilization, Mulching, Tidying Up The Area) And Warranty Care, In Various Locations In The Kępno Commune. The Order Was Divided Into 4 Independent Partial Tasks, Described In Detail In The Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Order Prepared Separately For Each Task (Opz). Task Name / Location Scope In Short Completion Date Warranty Period Task No. 1 Planting Two Plane Trees In The Market Square In Kępno (Ul. Ratuszowa 1) 2 Pcs. Of Maple-Leaved Plane Trees 9-10 M + Fortune Spindle Bushes October-November 24 Months The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Planting 2 Trees Of The Maple-Leaved Plane Tree (Platanus × Acerifolia / Platanus × Hispanica) And Shrubs Of The Fortune Spindle Tree (Euonymus Fortunei), In The Number And Spacing In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Along With The Performance Of All Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Execution And Acceptance Of The Plantings. Regardless Of The Detailed Requirements Specified For Individual Tasks (Chapters 2-5), The Following Applies To All Tasks Covered By This Order General Rules: O Plant Material Must Come From A Proven Source (Nursery) And Have A Safety Sign Certificate Or A Declaration Or Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Or Appropriate Technical Approval; The Ordering Party May Request The Presentation Of Documents Confirming The Origin And Quality Of The Seedlings (E.G. Plant Passport) Before Delivery. O The Plant Material Must Be Healthy, Not Frozen, Not Dried, Free From Diseases, Pests And Mechanical Damage, With A Properly Developed Root System, In Accordance With The Quality Recommendations For Ornamental Nursery Material Of The Polish Nurserymen Association (Zszp) / Relevant Industry Standards. O The Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Securing The Work Area And Taking Particular Care Near Underground And Above-Ground Infrastructure. O The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Area After Completion Of The Works And To Remove And Dispose Of Waste On His Own, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. O The Completed Plantings Are Accepted In A Protocol (Commission), Based On A Field Inspection Confirming Compliance Of The Number, Species, Quality And Method Of Planting The Plants With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Design Documentation; For Collection, The Contractor Presents Documents Confirming The Quality Of The Plant Material. O During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Responsible For The Care Of The Plantings (Watering, Stabilization Control, Maintenance/Sanitary Cuts, Weeding, Replenishing Mulch) And Is Obliged To Replace, Free Of Charge, Any Dead, Dried Out Or Plants That Do Not Promise Proper Development, With Material Consistent With This Description, Within The Date And Growing Season
