The Subject Of The Order Is To Carry Out, In The Years 2027 - 2028, Successive Deliveries Of Light Fuel Oil, Hereinafter Referred To As Fuel Oil Or Oil, Intended For Heating Purposes For The Needs Of Organizational Units Of The Czernikowo Commune.2.The Amount Of Fuel Oil Expected To Be Delivered Within The 24-Month Order Fulfillment Period Is 160 M3 (In Words: One Hundred And Sixty Cubic Meters).3.The Projected Fuel Oil Consumption Indicated Above, Calculated On The Basis Of Deliveries Made Within 12 Months Of 2025, Is Indicative And May Differ During The Contract Implementation Period From The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, Depending On Difficult-To-Predict Weather Conditions. Reducing The Amount Of Oil Delivered Does Not Cause Any Consequences For The Ordering Party.
