1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Street Lighting In Connection With The Maintenance And Modernization Of Existing Lighting In The City Of Chorzów. The Scope Of The Order Includes Delivery And Assembly In The Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party: 1.1 Ul. Kościuszki - Pole No. 1 (Pole + Boom + Fixture With Controller - Set) 1.2 Ul. Siemianowicka - Pole No. 2 (Pole + Fixture With Controller - Set), 1.3 Ul. Michałkowicka - Pole No. 3 (Pole + Boom + Fixture With Controller - Set) 1.4 Ul. Armii Krajowej - Pole No. 4 (Pole + Boom + Fixture With Controller - Set) 1.5 Ul. Karłowicza – Pole No. 5 (Pole + Fixture – Set) 1.6 Ul. Karłowicza – Pole No. 6 (Frame) 1.7 Ul. 3-Go Maja – Pole No. 7 (Pole + Fixture – Set) 1.8 Ul. Wolności – Pole No. 8 And 9 (Pole + Boom + Fixture – 2 Sets) 1.9 Ul. Sienkiewicza - Pole No. 12 (Light Column - Set)2.Together With The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With An Operating Manual In Polish, Warranty Cards In Polish And Other Documents Such As Approvals, Certificates, Etc. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. Therefore, The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers Referred To In Art. 7 Point 15) Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Contract Into Parts Due To The Fact That Such A Division Would Pose A Risk Of Excessive Technical And Organizational Difficulties And Result In Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution. Carrying Out The Works By One Contractor Is Intended To Ensure The Accuracy And Integrity Of The Works As Well As Timely Completion. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract. The Possible Division Of The Contract Into Lots Would Not Increase Competitiveness In The Sector Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises - The Scope Of The Contract Is Typical, Enabling Contractors From The Group Of Small Or Medium-Sized Enterprises To Submit An Offer. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Method Of Contract Execution Are Presented In Annex No. 1 To This Tor And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Tor.5.The Municipal Streets And Bridges Authority Informs That Tauron Nowe Technologie Is Responsible For Maintaining The Lighting Infrastructure In The City Of Chorzów. Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged, Before Starting The Works, To Contact Tauron Branch In Chorzów At Ul. Olszewskiego 1 For Permission To Perform Work.
