1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Light Fuel Oil In Accordance With The Pn-C-96024:2020-12 Standard - During The 2024/2025 Heating Season For An Estimated Amount Of 49,500 Liters To The Following Facilities: - Approx. Approx. 300 Liters To The Community Center In Biskupice Oł., - Approx. 3,000 Liters To The Fire Station In Biskupice Oł., - Approx. 3,000 Liters To The Fire Station In Wójcice, - Approx. 200 Liters To The Fire Station In Grędzin. - Approx. 4,000 Liters To The Municipal Building In Chwałowice2. Oil Deliveries Will Be Made Successively Over A Period Of 9 Months. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Volume Of Deliveries In Relation To The Estimated Demand Specified In The Tor In The Event Of Circumstances Beyond The Ordering Partys Control, E.G. Unfavorable Weather Conditions. If Oil Is Purchased In An Amount Smaller Or Larger Than The Above-Mentioned Estimated Quantity, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims, And The Ordering Party Indicates That The Quantity Of Oil Delivered Will Not Be Less Than 50% Of The Indicated Estimated Quantity. It Is Assumed That Heating Oil Deliveries Will Be Made On Working Days. However, It Cannot Be Ruled Out That The Oil Will Have To Be Delivered On A Public Holiday. The Order Will Be Processed Within 24 Hours From The Time The Ordering Party Submits The Request By Phone Or Fax. The Oil Will Be Delivered By The Contractors Means Of Transport, Equipped With Measuring Devices With Important Legal Features Ensuring Accurate Measurement Of The Amount Of Fuel Oil Released. Due To The Method Of Unloading Fuel Into Oil Containers, Tank Trucks Should Be Equipped With Pumps. The Unit Quantity Of Heating Oil Ordered For Individual Educational Units Will Range From 500 Liters (The Minimum Amount Of Benefit In Accordance With Article 433(4) Of The Public Procurement Law) To 6,000. Liters. The Quantity Of Heating Oil Ordered Will Depend On The Current Needs Of Individual Units. The Ordering Party Will Try To Combine And Minimize The Quantity Of Deliveries. Moreover, The Contractor Should Demonstrate What Amount Of Fuel Oil At The Reference Temperature Of +15°C Corresponds To The Amount Of Oil Actually Released. The Delivered Quantities Of Fuel Oil Will Be Invoiced At A Reference Temperature Of 15°C. Employees Selected By The Managers Of Individual Facilities Will Be Authorized To Collect Heating Oil. Receipt Of Receipt Of Fuel By The Above-Mentioned Employees Will Be Equivalent To Receipt By The Ordering Party. Each Delivery Must Be Confirmed By Authorized Persons, Who Will Acknowledge The Receipt Of The Quantity Of A Given Delivery. The Receipt Of The Delivery Will Be The Basis For Issuing An Invoice. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Attach To Each Invoice A Quality Certificate For A Given Delivery And A Receipt For The Receipt Of The Quantity Of Oil. The Supplier Uses Original Seals To Ensure That The Quantity Of Oil Dispensed Complies With The Transport
