1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Task Entitled: Expansion Of Municipal Roads No.: 232036G Ul. Kolejowa, 232034G Ul. Dworcowa, 232035G Ul. Południowa, 232044G Strzelecka Street In Czarne, On A Section Of Approx. 2070 M, Including Authors Supervision.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 10 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Informs That An On-Site Visit Is Not Obligatory, However, The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractors Carry Out An On-Site Visit Before Preparing The Offer, In Order To Check The Conditions Related To The Performance Of The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order And To Obtain Any Additional Information Necessary And Useful For The Evaluation Of The Works, As The Possibility Of Claims By The Contractor Due To Incorrect Price Calculation Or Omission Of Elements Necessary To Perform The Order Is Excluded. The Costs Related To Conducting A Site Visit Are Borne By The Contractor. In Order To Arrange An On-Site Visit Or Review The Documentation Available On Site At The Ordering Partys, Please Contact The Persons Designated To Communicate With The Contractors.4. It Is Required That The Documentation In Question Be Prepared With Due Care, In A Manner Consistent With The Arrangements With The Ordering Party, The Requirements Of The Acts, The Provisions Of Applicable Polish Standards And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Is Specified In Art. 20 Section 1, 2 And 3 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended). 5. The Design Documentation Should Not Refer To Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Particular Contractor. The Provisions Of The Design Documentation Cannot Be Formulated In A Way That Could Impede Fair Competition If It Could Lead To Privileges Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products. The Exception Is A Situation When The Contractor Cannot Describe The Design Documentation In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way. In The Above Situation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Design Documentation By Fulfilling The Provisions Of Art. 99 Section 5 And 6 Of The Pzp.6 Act. The Documentation Prepared Must Be In Accordance With Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, Which Stipulates That In The Case Of Contracts Intended For Use By Natural Persons, Including The Contracting Authoritys Employees, The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Prepared Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People Or Design For All Users.7.
