Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Tractor Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program

1. The Minimum Technical And Operational Requirements Are Described In The Annex To The Swz. The Contractor Must Confirm Compliance With The Minimum Technical And Operational Parameters By Completing The Attachment To The Offer Form, Which Is An Annex To The Swz. 2. The Completed Attachment Containing The Offered Technical And Operational Parameters Constitutes The Content Of The Offer And Serves To Determine The Offered Subject Of The Contract. This Document Does Not Constitute Evidence In Question.3.The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Subject Of The Order For A Period Of At Least 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Order Without Any Reservations By The Parties. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Ordering Partys Requirements Contained In The Order Documents And In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, In Particular With Due Care, Safety, Good Quality, Proper Organization And The Provisions Of The Concluded Contract. 5. The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Contract Should Be Brand New, Unused, Complete, Fully Functional, Free From Material And Manufacturing Defects And Meet The Quality Requirements Specified By The Manufacturer Of The Given Product And The Ordering Party, As Well As Guarantee Safety, Functionality And Reliability Of Use Within The Scope Of Its Intended Use. The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor Is To Meet The Requirements Specified In The Swz. All Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Indicated In The Swz Documentation Should Be Treated As Examples And Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 6. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To An Equivalent Extent. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Information Necessary To Properly Prepare The Offer, Check And Verify The Tender Materials, And Immediately Inform The Ordering Party About Any Errors Or Omissions. 8. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Documentation And Any Information Published By The Ordering Party In The Course Of The Procedure, E.G. Answers To Potential Questions From Contractors.
