The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery (Sale With Transfer Of Ownership) Of One Brand New Passenger Car With Purely Electric Drive (Bev), Intended For The Community Teams Of The Mental Health Center In Jarosław For The Purposes Of Home Visits. The Vehicle Will Be Delivered To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party - The Specialized Psychiatric Health Care Complex. Prof. Antoniego Kępińskiego In Jarosław, Ul. Kościuszki 18, 37-500 Jarosław.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Technical Specification Of The Offered Vehicle Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Annex No. 2 To Swz.3.Whenever The Opz Indicates A Proper Name, Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source Or A Specific Process Characterizing A Product Of A Specific Contractor, It Should Be Understood As Specifying The Required Technical Parameters And Quality Standard, And Not As A Requirement To Provide A Specific Product. The Ordering Party Allows Offering Equivalent Vehicles On The Terms Specified In Point 4 Of The Opz (Equivalence Clause) And In Art. 99 Section 5–6 And Art. 101 Section 4–6 Pzp. The Burden Of Proof That The Offered Vehicle Is An Equivalent Solution Rests With The Contractor, Who For This Purpose Submits The Evidence Referred To In Chapter V Together With The Offer.
