The Scope Of Documentation Includes: A) Land Development Concept And Architectural And Construction Concept; B) Land Development Design And Architectural And Construction Design Together With Obtaining Demolition And Construction Permits; C) Technical And Executive Designs - The Scope Of The Project Will Include, Among Others: Industries: Architecture, Construction And Construction, Electrical, Power, Water And Sewage, Storm Sewage And Drainage, Gas, Telecommunications, Alarm, Monitoring And Access Control, Fire Protection, Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Photovoltaic Installation And Energy Storage, Road And Land Development, Including Greenery, As Well As All Other Internal And External Installations Necessary For The Proper And Safe Operation Of Pszok; D) Investors Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities For All Industries And Offer Cost Estimates E) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Including The Specificity Of The Designed Solutions.
