1. The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Organization And Conducting Of A Seminar On The Introduction Of Flexible Forms Of Employment As Part Of The Project Entitled Optimal - Alternative - Flexible. Support For Employers From The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship In Introducing Remote Work. The Participants Of The Seminar Will Be Employees Over 50 Years Of Age, Representing 18 Employers, Including 17 Local Government Units From The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship And The Toruń Regional Development Agency S.A. Minimum 105 People, Maximum 120 People. The Seminar Will Be Conducted Remotely (On-Line). The Implementation Will Take Place Using A Platform That Provides The Possibility Of Interaction Between Participants And The Host (Chat, Discussion, Multimedia Presentations, Group Exercises. The Seminar Can Only Be Held On Working Days. The Seminar Schedule Will Be Established In Consultation With The Ordering Party. The Minimum Number Of Hours For A Group Is 4 Hours. 2. The Contractor Or Subcontractor Is Obliged To Employ Under An Employment Contract, In Accordance With Article 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26/06/1974 Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 108, As Amended), A Person In The Position Of A Seminar Specialist Or Seminar Supervisor Who, As Part Of The Established Employment Relationship, Will Perform, Among Others, The Following Activities: Organization Of The Seminar, Including Preparation Of Seminar Schedules, Supervision Of The Seminar Implementation, Contact With The Ordering Party. The Above Does Not Apply To The Situation Of Independent Performance Of The Indicated Activities By The Contractor Who Is A Natural Person. Before The Start Of The Seminar, In Order To Confirm The Fulfillment Of The Employment Requirement Under The Contract Work By The Contractor/Subcontractor Of The Person Performing The Activities Indicated In Section 8 During The Execution Of The Order, Will Present A Written Declaration From The Contractor/Subcontractor About The Employment Under The Employment Contract Of The Person Performing The Activities. This Declaration Should Include, In Particular: The Exact Name Of The Entity Submitting The Declaration, The Date Of Submission Of The Declaration, An Indication Of The Activities Performed By The Person Employed Under The Employment Contract, And The Signature Of The Person Authorized To Submit The Declaration On Behalf Of The Contractor/Subcontractor As Failure To Demonstrate The Fulfillment Of The Employment Requirement Based On The Employment Relationship. 4.
