1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Wood Pellets For The Heating Of The Buildings Of The Primary School In Błaszki, Together With Transport And Unloading In An Amount Corresponding To Its Current Demand, On The Terms Set Out In This Swz And The Draft Contract. 2. The Ordering Party Allows The Delivery Of Pellets In Any Form Of Packaging Or Without Packaging, I.E. In Individual Bags, In Bulk, Using A Vehicle Adapted To Transport And Unload Pellets, In Big Bag Packaging.3.Regardless Of The Form Of Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Transport Of Pellets To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party And Its Unloading At The Place Agreed With The Ordering Party.4.The Method Of Delivery And Form Of Pellet Packaging Cannot Affect Its Quality, Parameters Specified In The Order Or The Total Quantity Of Pellets Delivered.5.The Costs Of Transport And Unloading To The Place Of Delivery Are Borne By The Contractor And Should Be Included In The Offer Price.6.The Form Of Delivery May Be Agreed Each Time Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor, Taking Into Account The Technical Conditions Of The Place Of Delivery And The Possibility Of Safe Unloading.7.As Part Of The Basic Order, The Ordering Party Expects To Purchase 30 Tons Of Wood Pellets.8.The Quantity Referred To In Point 5.7. Is An Estimated Quantity Determined On The Basis Of The Expected Demand Of The Ordering Party. The Actual Quantity Of Pellets Delivered During The Contract Period May Be Less Than The Estimated Quantity.9.The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Basic Order In A Minimum Quantity Of 22 Tons, Constituting 73.33% Of The Quantity Specified In Point. 5/7/10.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Remaining Part Of The Quantity Specified In Point. 5.7., Above The Quantity Guaranteed In Point 5.4. , In Accordance With The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Amount Of Financial Resources Allocated For The Implementation Of The Order.11.At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Increasing The Quantity Of Pellets Under The Option Right By A Maximum Of 20% Of The Quantity Of The Basic Order, I.E. By A Maximum Of 6 Tons.12.The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right In Whole Or In Part, Depending On The Actual Needs And Financial Resources Available.13.The Option Right May Be Used In Particular In The Event Of Increased Demand For Pellets, Including Due To Weather Conditions, Increased Pellet Consumption Or Other Circumstances Causing An Increase In The Customers Demand.14.The Option Right Will Be Exercised By Placing An Order For An Additional Quantity Of Pellets To The Contractor. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right Multiple Times, Within The Maximum Quantity Specified In Point. 5.6. 15. Deliveries Made Under The Option Right Will Be Made On The Same Terms As Deliveries Under The Basic Order, In Particular According To The Unit Price For 1 Tonne Specified In The Contractors Offer
