A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To Chapter Iii And Annex No. 1 To Chapter Ii Of The Terms Of Reference. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Involving The Repetition Of Similar Services/Supplies Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7) Of The Public Procurement Law.
