The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Brand New School Bus For The Purpose Of Transporting Students To Schools Run By The Pionki Commune Under The Masovian Support Instrument Buses For Masovian Schools With A Minimum Number Of Seats For 22 Passengers + Driver, And If It Is Necessary To Transport A Person In A Wheelchair Seat, After Dismantling 4 Seats, The Bus Configuration Will Include 18 Seats + 1 Person In A Wheelchair + Driver. The Bus Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law And The Implementing Regulations Issued On The Basis Of This Act, And In Particular Meet The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws 2024.502, Consolidated Text Of April 2024)2.
