Formula Milk, Fruit Mousses, Fruit And Fruit Mousses. Vegetables, Fruit Nectars, Fruit And Vegetables Without Sugar. Size/Scope: Fruit Desserts - 26,000 Pcs., Multi-Grain Dairy-Free Porridge With Fruit - 30 Pcs., Milk-Rice Porridge With Fruit - 300 Pcs., Multi-Grain Milk Porridge With Fruit - 80 Pcs., Dairy-Free Rice Porridge With Fruit - 400 Pcs., Dairy-Free Rice Gruel – 8 Pcs., Formula Milk Over 6 Months Of Age – 650 Pcs., H.A. Formula Milk Over 6 Months Of Age - 10 Pcs., Fruit, Fruit And Vegetable Mousses Without Sugar - 32,200 Pcs., Fruit, Fruit And Vegetable Nectars Without Sugar - 40,000 Pcs. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Successively, In Batches - According To The Ordering Partys Needs, On Working Days From Monday To Friday, During Nurseries Working Days And Hours, Based On Orders Placed In Writing, By E-Mail Or By Telephone. The Maximum Deadline For Successive Deliveries (Each Batch) Is Up To 3 Business Days From Placing The Order. Business Days Mean Days From Monday To Friday During The Working Hours Of Each Nursery Listed In §2 Section. 4 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, With The Exception Of Public Holidays. If The Day Following The Order Is Placed On A Non-Working Day, It Should Be Assumed That The First/Second/Third Day Following The Day Of Placing The Order Will Be The Next Nearest Business Day. When Making Deliveries Within The Time Indicated Above, The Contractor Should Take Into Account That Orders Will Be Placed Separately By Each Of The Nurseries Listed In §2 Section 4 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract. The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of Goods Free From Defects. If The Contractor Notifies The Ordering Party That The Quality And/Or Quantity Of The Delivered Articles Is Inconsistent With The Order Placed (The Goods Are Defective), The Contractor Is Obliged, Within 4 Hours Of The Ordering Partys Notification (In Writing Or By E-Mail Or Telephone Or In Person Based On A Written Protocol), To Deliver The Correct Article(S), I.E. Free From Defects. This Time May Be Shortened In Accordance With The Contractors Declaration Submitted In The Offer Form (As Part Of The Non-Price Criterion - Response Time).
