The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Food Products For The Needs Of The Social Welfare Home. Dr. Józef Marcelego Kopicz In Szpęgawsko, Ul. Kasztanowa 23, In The Assortment And Quantities Specified In Annex No. 2A To The Swz - Price Form: Part 1 - Various Food Products. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Quantities Of The Ordered Goods Are Only Forecast Quantities, Necessary For The Comparison Of Offers, And The Actual Quantities Of The Ordered Products May Change. Expected Fluctuations In The Quantity Of A Particular Assortment May Amount To Approximately +/-20%. Changes In The Quantity Of The Ordered Assortment May Not Result In Changes In Unit Prices. Provided By The Contractor. The Contractors Remuneration Will Be The Size And Scope Of The Item Of Order Actually Delivered To The Ordering Party. Together With The Delivery Of The Batch Of Ordered Goods, The Contractor Will Provide A Vat Invoice For A Given Batch Of Products. Payment For The Delivered Batch Of Products Will Be Made By Transfer From The Ordering Partys Account To The Contractors Account Indicated In The Invoice, Within 30 Days From The Date Of Delivery. Costs Of Packaging, Insurance, Loading, Unloading, Transport And All Other Costs Related To The Correct And Timely Execution Of The Order Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor And Will Include Them In The Offer Price. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Ordered Goods To The Ordering Partys Headquarters At His Own Expense And Risk, Using A Means Of Transport Approved For The Transport Of Food, Within The Scope Of The Current Decision/Permit Of The Relevant District Sanitary Inspector. The Delivered Food Items Must Be Properly Sorted By The Contractor And Must Be Of The Highest Quality, And Their Storage And Transport Must Take Place In Conditions Guaranteeing The Highest Quality. The Contractor Must Guarantee The Appropriate Shelf Life Of The Delivered Products, Min. Period Specified By The Manufacturer, Counted From The Date Of Delivery. If Items Are Delivered In Original Packaging, They Must Have Factory Markings On The Packaging, I.E. Type, Product Name, Quantity, Date Of Production, Expiration Date Or Minimum Durability Date, Name And Address Of The Manufacturer And Other Markings In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. In The Event Of Delivery Of Items That Do Not Meet The Terms Of The Order (E.G. Of Poor Quality Or In Case Of Quantity Shortages) Or Are Inconsistent With The Order And The Assortment Offered In Annex No. 2A To Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace Them With New Ones, Free From Defects Or In Accordance With The Terms Of The Order, Within 24 Hours From The Moment Of Reporting The Complaint.
