Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Monthly Tickets For Transport Of Children To Schools And Kindergartens In The Krzemieniewo Commune In The 2026/2027 School Year (Procedure 2)

1. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Provision Of Transport And Delivery Services For Children To Schools And Kindergartens In The Krzemieniewo Commune. The Indicated Service Will Be Provided In The 2026/2027 School Year. The Service Will Be Provided On All School Days, Except Saturdays, Holidays And Other Public Holidays Specified On The Basis Of The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Ministry Of National Education Of August 11, 2017 On The Organization Of The School Year (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1211) On The Basis Of Monthly Tickets On Regular Lines Established By The Ordering Party, With Priority For Children With A Personal Monthly School Ticket And Their Guardians With A Monthly Ticket (The Ticket Price Will Be Determined In These Proceedings).2. The Number Of People Using Transport In The Krzemieniewo Commune During The Period Covered By These Proceedings Is An Estimated Number And Amounts To Approximately 460 Children And 2 Guardians Provided By The Ordering Party - One Person For Each Of The Contractors Vehicles.3. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party May Award The Existing Service Provider An Order Involving The Repetition Of Similar Services, The Value Of Which Does Not Exceed 20% Of The Value Of The Basic Order, In The Case Of, Among Others: The Need To Transport And Transport More Children. The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply Amounts No Higher Than Those Used In The Basic Order. The Option Right Will Be Exercised On The Basis Of An Annex To The Basic Contract.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Children Using The Transport To 20%. The Ordering Party Does Not Expect To Incur Additional Fees For Reducing The Number Of Transported Students, And The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims Or Demand Financial Compensation If The Value Of The Order Is Lower Than Estimated By The Ordering Party.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Issue Tickets For Children And Guardians, I.E. Those Entitled To Travel According To The Name List Prepared By The Ordering Party, For Each Calendar Month, 2 Days Before The Beginning Of The New Month. This List Will Be Communicated To The Contractor By The 23Rd Day Of Each Month Preceding The Month For Which Tickets Will Be Purchased, In The Form Of E-Mail With Immediate Written Confirmation.6. The Courses Will Be Held According To The Schedule Provided By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Changes To The Delivery And Drop-Off Schedule Due To Changes In Lesson Plans, Making Up For Days Off, Etc.7.
