The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: A) Technical Maintenance Of Buildings, In Particular Maintenance And Maintaining The Constant Operational Efficiency Of Systems, Technical Installations And Devices; B) Periodic Service Inspections/Maintenance; C) Current Repairs; D) Failure Protection; E) Performance Of Minor General Construction Works Related To The Necessary Maintenance Of The Building.3.Accessibility For Disabled People Due To The Subject Of The Order - Not Applicable.4.Social Clausesthe Ordering Party Provides For Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order In Terms Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, Which Were Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.5.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In:• Designed Provisions Of The Contract That Will Be Introduced Into Its Content - Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz;• Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.6.Order Completion Date.6.1.The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Completed Within 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Or Until The Funds Specified In § 5 Section Are Exhausted. 1 Of The Contract.6.2.The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of A Single Renewal Of The Order, Consisting In Repeating The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Renewal Of The Contract Or Exhaustion Of The Funds Specified In § 5 Section 1 Of The Agreement.
