The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Register Of Land And Buildings For The Florczaki Cadastral District In The Łukta Cadastral Unit, In Accordance With The Modernization Project For The Florczaki District With An Annex - Hereinafter Referred To As The Modernization Project (Annex No. 4 To The Swz), Technical Conditions (Annex No. 5 To The Swz) And The Draft Contract (Annex No. 3 To The Swz).1) The Subject Of The Order Is To Modernize The Database Of Land And Building Records In The Area Of The Precinct. Florczaki Registration Office In The Łukta Commune, Ostróda Poviat, Pursuant To Art. 24A Of The Act Of May 17, 1989, Geodetic And Cartographic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1151, As Amended) And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development, Labor And Technology Of July 27, 2021 On The Records Of Land And Buildings (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 219, As Amended). The Scope Of Modernization Works Includes Obtaining And Supplementing Data On The Boundaries Of Cadastral Plots And The Border Points Describing Them, Supplementing The Cadastral Survey With Data On Buildings And Premises, Supplementing Objects Permanently Associated With Buildings, Assigning Appropriate Building Identifiers To Buildings, Updating Land Use And Classes, Determining The Boundaries Of Public And Internal Roads Owned By The Appropriate Local Government Unit.2) The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place In The Following Stages: A) Stage I - Will Include The Works Specified In Chapter 4, Points 1-7 Of The Modernization Project (Appendix No. 4 To Swz). Deadline For The Implementation Of Stage I: From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until December 4, 2026. The Remuneration Due To The Contractor For The Implementation Of Stage I Will Be Pln 40,000.00 Gross. B) Stage Ii - Will Include The Works Specified In Chapter 4, Points 8 - 16 Of The Modernization Project (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz). Deadline For The Implementation Of Stage Ii: From December 5, 2026 To June 17, 2027. The Remuneration Due To The Contractor For The Implementation Of Stage Ii Will Constitute 40% Of The Entire Remuneration Of The Contractor Resulting From The Submitted Offer.
