Tenders Are Invited For Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Winter Season 2026/2027

1. The Scope Of The Order Includes Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In Individual Towns Of The Zakliczyn Commune In The Winter Season 2026/2027, By Providing Snow Removal And Ice (Slippery) Removal Services As Needed, Both On Working Days And On Non-Working Days. The Following Standard For Winter Road Maintenance Is Established: 1) The Road Should Be Cleared Of Snow Over Its Entire Width, 2) There May Be Up To 5 Cm Of Even Layer Of Snow On The Road. At Intersections, Bends, Hills And Bus Stops, The Surface Should Be Sprinkled With Rough Agents.3) The Contractor Should Use His Own Rough Materials For Sprinkling.4) Removal And Combating Slipperiness Should Be Carried Out On An Ongoing Basis As Needed (Snowfall, Drizzle) In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 27, 2005 On The Types And Conditions Of Use Of Agents That May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Squares I.E.: A) To Prevent And Eliminate Winter Slipperiness: Road Salt + Sand/Aggregate; B) To Roughen Ice Or Icy Snow: - Sand With A Grain Size Of Up To 2 Mm, - Natural Aggregate With A Grain Size Of Up To 4 Mm, - A Homogeneous Mixture Of Sand And Gravel With Salt With A Weight Composition Of - 95-97% + 5-3% (Amount Of Salt In The Mixture) C) To Roughen Compacted Snow: Sand Or Other Natural Aggregate With A Grain Size Of Up To 4 Mm, Homogeneous Mixtures Of These Aggregates With Salt. The Aggregate Used To Roughen The Surface Should Not Be Too Brittle And Must Not Contain Clay Or Clay Impurities. The Uniformity Of The Aggregate Grain Size Ensures Greater Uniformity Of Road Coverage When Sprinkling. Large Variability In Grain Size Causes Uneven Sprinkling (Different Spreading Distances). The Content Of Fine Grains (< 0.075 Mm) Should Be Minimal (Recommended, Up To 3%), As These Grains May Increase The Possibility Of Slipping. The Grains Cannot Be Flattened And Must Be Regular In Shape. Roughening Materials Should Have Sufficient Resistance To Mechanical Destruction Caused By Movement (They Cannot Be Crushed). They Should Not Contain Any Contaminants That May Increase The Corrosion Of Vehicles And Steel Structures. The Selection Of Materials And Their Doses Or The Prevention And Elimination Of Slipperiness Depends On The Prevailing Weather Conditions And Is Each Time Agreed With The Ordering Partys Representative.5) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Carry Out Unannounced Commission Inspections Of The Quality Of Snow Removal And The Material Used For Road Sprinkling.6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove The Material Used For Removal On The Roads Immediately After The End Of The Winter Season.
