The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Implementation Of The Substitute Obligation To Remove Waste From The Property Located In Józefów At Ul. 3 Maja 13 And 13A. The Obligation To Remove Waste Results From The Decision Of The Mayor Of Józefów No. 72/2018 Of November 14, 2018 And Applies To Waste From The Construction, Renovation And Dismantling Of Buildings, In The Form Of Windows, Window Frames, Glass And Plastics. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Entry To The Property On The Date Agreed With The Ordering Party; 2) Securing The Place Of Work; 3) Collection And Sorting Of Waste Intended For For Removal;4) Loading Of Waste;5) Providing The Necessary Containers, Containers, Vehicles Or Other Technical Means;6) Transport Of Waste To The Place Of Management;7) Transfer Of Waste To An Authorized Entity Having The Required Decisions Or Authorizations;8) Waste Management In Accordance With Applicable Regulations;9) Maintaining The Required Documentation, In Particular In The Bdo/Kpo System;10) Providing The Ordering Party With Documents Confirming The Legal Transfer And Management Of Waste;11) Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works In The Scope Covered By Service.
