The successful bidder will provide a comprehensive travel insurance solution that seamlessly integrates with Gulf Airs digital touch points, ensuring a smooth customer experience. In addition to delivering insurance coverage, the provider will share revenue generated from insurance sales with Gulf Air under a commercial revenue-sharing model. This RFT outlines Gulf Airs requirements and expectations for the travel insurance service, the compliance and licensing obligations, customer support standards, reporting, and commercial terms.
