Proposals Should Provide Sufficient Detail For The Owner To Evaluate Cost, Design Approach, Relevant Experience, Project Team Qualifications, And Schedule Certainty.The Pole Shed Is Proposed To Be Constructed At The Village Of Burns Lake’S Existing Wastewater Treatment Facility. Proponents Shall Confirm The Exact Location, Site Access Requirements, And Any Restrictions Affecting Construction Activities As Part Of Their Proposal Review.A Concept Plan Of The Pole Shed Has Been Provided In Appendix A For Reference. The Final Design Shall Meet Or Exceed The Minimum Specifications Listed Below And Shall Be Prepared, Reviewed, And Certified By A Qualified Structural Engineer In Accordance With The Bc Building Code.60’ Length X 32’ Width X 16’ Height Clear Openingclosed In On Both 32’ Walls And The Back 60’ Wall, Provisions Made For Future Insulation.Five Bays In Total, With One Bay Fully Enclosed And Complete With A Roll-Up Truck Door, Man Door, Plywood Sheeting, And Insulation.Dual Slope Roof With 4’ Overhang In Frontgalvanized Metal Roof With Charcoal Metal Siding On The Walls, And White Soffit And Fasciacast-In-Place Concrete Foundation On All Four Exterior Walls And On All Four Walls Of The Enclosed Baydesign And Construction Inspection Shall Be Completed By A Structural Engineer And Structural Letters Of Assurance Shall Be Provided As Required By The Bc Building Codethe Interior Of The Fully Enclosed Bay Shall Be Primed And Painted Whitesite Grading, Earthwork, And Gravelsenclosed Bay Shall Have A Concrete Floor Slab, Remaining Four Bays To Have Gravel Floorthe Enclosed Bay Shall Be Heated; The Remaining Four Bays Shall Include Provisions For Future Concrete Slabs, Insulation, And Heating.Electrical To Be Completed By Others
