The Subject Of This Contract Is The Supply Of Technological Equipment Within The Framework Of The First Stage Of The Subsidy Project Implemented In The Operational Program Technology And Applications For Competitiveness Entitled Strengthening Of Development And Prototype Capacities For The Aviation Industry, Registration Number Cz.01.01.01/03/25_081/0009946.The Technical Parameters Are Set With The Fact That The Contracting Authority Allows Their Modification While Maintaining The Principle That Performance And Range Parameters Are Set As Minimum And Power, Size And Weight Parameters As Maximum, Unless Something Else Is Stated For A Specific Parameter. For Individual Parameters, The Explicitly Stated Data And Its Nature (Minimum, Maximum, Fixed Value Or Other Requirement) Are Decisive.Fulfillment Of The Individual Parts Of The Contract Includes Transport Including Insurance, Installation And Assembly Within The Scope Of The Relevant Technical Specification, Commissioning, Performance Of The Required Tests, Handover Of Documentation And Operator Training At The Location Specified By The Client. The Selected Supplier Is Responsible For The Completeness Of The Delivery And That The Equipment Will Be Suitable For Proper Operation After Handover. Only New And Non-Refurbished Components Will Be Used For Delivery, Unless The Technical Specification Expressly States Otherwise.The Technical Specification Sets The Basis For The Minimum Requirements For Function, Performance, Service Life, Etc. If The Zd Or Its Annexes Contain Specific Trade Names Or Brands, This Is Only A Definition Of The Required Standard, And The Contracting Authority Also Allows Other Technically And Qualitatively Comparable Solutions.The Contract Is Divided Into 2 Parts Reasonably In Accordance With § 35 Of The Public Procurement Act.The Order Is Divided Into The Following 2 Parts:1) Part 1: Cnc Three-Axis Milling Center2) Part 2: Screw Compressoras Part Of This Tender, The Participant Can Submit An Offer For Any Part Or For Both Parts.
