The Procurement Includes:•A Definition Phase, Where The Implemented Solution And Implementation Details Are Specified•A Commissioning Project: Configuration, Mandatory Integrations, Data Migration From The Current System, Documentation, Training And Testing And Quality Assurance•System Access Rights As A Service For The Entire Contract Period•Support And Maintenance Services At Agreed Service Levels•Further Development And Expert Work As Additional Work To Be Ordered The Solution Is Procured From One Supplier As A Whole. The Provider Is Also Responsible For The Whole To The Extent That It Uses Subcontractors.
