The North Karelia Procurement Process Requests A Bid For The Implementation And User Services Of Five Municipally-Owned Waste Management Companies (Puhas Oy, Jätekukko Oy, Metsäsairila Oy, Ylä-Savon Jätehuolto Oy And Ekokymppi) For The Wordpress Platform In Accordance With This Request For Tender And Its Attachments For The Contract Period 1.10.2026 - 31.12.2028 + The Option To Continue Until Further Notice. The Ordering Party Terminates The Contract No Later Than Six (6) Months Before The End Of The Contract Period, The Contract Ends On December 31, 2028. If The Contract Is Not Terminated At The End Of The Contract Period, The Contract Will Continue Indefinitely With A Notice Period Of Six (6) Months. Each Ordering Party Has The Right To Terminate Its Own Contract In Accordance With The Termination Criteria, Without It Having An Effect On Other Contracts Concluded In Accordance With This Tender. The Offer Is Binding And Must Be Written In Finnish. The Entire Procurement Process Is In Finnish.
