The Purpose Of The Market Dialogue Is To Get Views From Potential Bidders, Especially On The Feasibility Of The Service Model, The Organization Of Flexible Capacity, The Pricing Mechanism, The System And Control View, Equipment Requirements, Commissioning, And The Comprehensibility Of The Draft Request For Tenders And Appendices.
