The Acquired Uv-Vis Spectrophotometer Is Used In The Special Chemistry Laboratory Of The Hus Diagnostic Center For Qualitative And Quantitative Determinations In Metabolic And Porphyria Analysis And In Checking The Concentration Of Standard Solutions Of In-House Methods. Patient Samples Are Determined With The Available Spectrophotometer. The Device Is Also Used In The Automation Laboratory To Study Liquor Samples By Scanning The Spectrum. In Addition To This, The Purchase Includes Maintenance Contracts For The Acquired Equipment And A Workstation With All The Software That The Equipment Needs To Function In Its Intended Purpose, Installed On The Workstation. The Purchase Also Includes An Option For Two Similar Spectrophotometers During The Years 2027-2030. Plasma Hemoglobin Determination By Calculating The Spectral Derivative, Csf Bilirubin And Oxyhemoglobin By Spectral Measurement And Other Quantitative Compound Concentration Measurements (Pyruvate, Thiocyanate, Porphyrins). The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Because The Tendered Procurement Forms A Single Entity And Dividing It Into Parts Would Make The Execution Of The Contract Too Difficult Technically And Contractually.
