The Planned Procurement Model Is A Total Service: The Supplier Supplies, Owns And Maintains The Equipment And The Data Transmission Network Needed By The System, And Is Responsible For The Service Throughout The Contract Period As A Monthly Priced Service. The Planned Contract Structure Is A Fixed Base Period And Option Periods, A Maximum Of 10 Years In Total.
