The Object Of The Service Is The Supply Of Finished Products / High Convenience In 4 Lots To The University Catering Facilities. The Aim Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With 1 Company Per Lot. Term From February 1St, 2027 To January 31St, 2028 With The Option Of Three Extensions Of One Year Each. Price Adjustments Can Be Made In Accordance With The Price Escalation Clause In The Contract Documents. The Notice Period Is 6 Months To The End Of The Contract. If This Is Not Used, The Contract Is Automatically Extended For Another Year. The Contract Per Lot Ends When The Maximum Value Per Lot Stated In The Service Description Is Reached, Even Before The Above-Mentioned Deadline Expires.
