Vaptsarov State Medical University.The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into The Following Separate Items:Special Item 1: Academic Cap With Tassel And Toga;Heading 2: Caps With A Peak As Follows:Cap With Visor With Logo Of Vvmu And Four Laurel Branches;A Hat With A Visor With The Logo Of Vvmu And Two Laurel Branches;Hat With Visor With Logo Of Vvmu. The Present Public Procurement Is Reserved In The Sense Of Art. 12, Para. 2 Of The Zop And Is Intended For Assignment To Participants Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Plo, Since Its Subject Includes Supplies Of Goods From The List Of Goods And Services In Accordance With The General Terminology Dictionary, Adopted With Rms No. 591/18.07.2016. When The Participants Are Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities, They Must Meet The Conditions In Art. 12, Para. 5 And Para. 6 Of The Zop. Other Interested Parties May Also Participate In The Public Procurement, But Their Bids Are Considered Only If No Bids Of The Persons Under Art. 12, Para. 1 Of The Zop. The Quantities Intended For Delivery Are Specified In The Technical Specification - An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation. The Indicated Quantities Are Estimated, Serve To Form An Estimated Value For The Individual Items And Do Not Bind The Contracting Authority To Their Declaration In Full. Only The Supply Assignment Letters Sent To The Contractor Are Binding On The Employer. In This Sense, According To The Need, The Contracting Authority Has The Right Not To Declare The Specified Quantities In Full.
