Separate Position No. 2 Delivery And Installation Of Air Conditioners For The Needs Of The Medical University Education Complex - Sofia, Branch Prof. Dr. Ivan Mitevˮ - Vratsa.When Conducting The Procedure, The Contracting Authority Will Apply The Terms Of Art. 181, Para. 2 Of The Zop (The So-Called Reversed Order). The Chairman Of The Commission Will Carry Out The Actions Specified In Art. 61 Of The Ppzop, And The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Will Be Carried Out Before The Examination Of The Documents Under Art. 39, Para. 2 Of Ppzop.When Awarding This Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Has Provided For The Use Of Options Within The Meaning Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. The Contracting Authority May Use The Legally Provided Right To Request The Contractor To Supply Additional Quantities Of The Goods, Within The Term Of The Contract, If Necessary. The Detailed Description By Type, Quantity And Technical Characteristics Of The Additional Quantities Is Included In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). The Delivery Of The Additional Quantities Will Take Place After The Conclusion Of An Annex, Which Indicates: Unit-Final Recipient, Type And Number Of Items, Place Of Delivery And Contact Person. For All Other Conditions For The Implementation Of The Activities, The Subject Of This Public Procurement, The Clauses Of The Contract For Its Implementation Apply.​​​​​​
