Tenders Are Invited For Operational Control And Management Of Vehicles Of The Df Agriculture With Gps Devices

The Public Order Is Divided Into 2 Separate Items.With The Present Procedure, The Public Procurement Is Awarded Only Under Separate Position No. 1: Operational Control And Management Of Vehicles Of The Df Agriculture With Gps Devices.The Current Public Procurement Covers The Provision Of Services For Operational Control And Management Of Cars Owned By The Df Agriculture.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Activities:1.1. Initial Installation Of Gps Devices Owned By The Contractor, Delivery And Installation Of Sim Cards On 435 Vehicles Of The Df Agriculture1.2. Provision Of Services In Operational Control And Management Of Cars;1.3. Installation/Disassembly Of Devices In The Event Of A Change In The Vehicle Fleet (Inclusion Of Newly Acquired Vehicles Or Removal Of Vehicles From The Operational Control System);1.4. Dismantling Of The Gps Devices After The Expiration Of The Contract.​​​​​​​​​The Subject Of The Order Under Specific Position No. 2 Is: Operational Control And Management Of Vehicles Of The Df Agriculture With Gps Devices.On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Separate Position No. 2 Is Assigned According To The Order Valid For Its Individual Estimated Value, Namely By Direct Assignment According To The Order Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code.According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Procedure Code, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Award Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Eur 79,998.77 For Supplies And Services And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Entire Order.The Estimated Value Of Separate Item No. 2 Is Up To 6,391.00 (Six Thousand Three Hundred And Ninety-One) Euros Without Vat And Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Ppa And Represents 20% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order, Respectively, Does Not Exceed 20% Of The Same.In View Of The Above And On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Special Position No. 2 Is Assigned In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Procedure Code - By Direct Assignment.Pursuant To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, The Residual Value In The Amount Of 25,564.59 (Twenty-Five Thousand Five Hundred And Sixty-Four Euros And Fifty-Nine Euro Cents) Euros Without Vat, Which Is An Estimated Value For The Present Procedure (Under Separate Item No. 1), Is Awarded With This Public Procurement Through An Announcement For The Collection Of Offers For A Public Procurement Worth Under Art. 20, Para. 3, Item 2 Of The Civil Code.
