This Public Procurement Includes Activities With Objects Service And Delivery Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Items 2 And 3 Of The Zop As In Accordance With Art. 11, Para. 1 Of The Zop And Considering The Main Activities Characterizing The Main Subject Of The Order, Its Assignment Is According To The Order For Object Service.The Scope Of The Order Includes Maintenance And Expansion Of Eventis R7 Functionalities And Addition Of New Modules, Including:Improving The Functionality Of The System; Maintenance And Prevention Of The Software Of The Servers Serving The System;Troubleshooting Possible Problems In The Operating Systems Of The Servers And System Software;Support And Improve Integration With Automatic Interagency Exchange;Troubleshooting;Data Recovery Following A Server Crash Or Program Error; Migrate The System To New Server Hardware, If Necessary;Ensuring Information Security;Conducting Trainings And Consultations, If Necessary;Ensuring A Comprehensive Process Of Archiving Documents In Accordance With The Requirements In The Ordinance On The Order For The Organization, Processing, Expertise, Storage And Use Of Documents In The Institutional Archives Of State And Municipal Institutions, Effective From 04/02/2024;Recording Of An Archive Of Electronically Signed Documents On Physical Media, Guaranteeing Long-Term Storage;Provision Of Specialized Devices For Recording The Archives; Centralized Management Of Public Procurement Through A Register;Automated Creation And Maintenance Of A File For Each Public Order In Nek.The Type, Volume, Conditions And Term For The Performance Of The Service Are According To The Technical Specification.
