Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Monday, 28 September 2026 at 13.01 hrs.(Local Time). 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as from Monday, 28 September 2026 as from 15.16 hrs. till Wednesday, 30 September 2026 up to 13.05 hrs. 5.
