In Order To Comply With This Objective, A Call For Bids Is Made To Contract A Comprehensive Technological Service That Allows The Implementation, Operation And Maintenance Of A Mobile Application And Its Associated Systems, Intended To Deliver Information In Real Time, Accurate And Accessible To Users Of The Regional Public Transportation System, Hereinafter, “Comprehensive Technological System”. This Solution Should Contribute To Improving The Travel Experience, Strengthening The Systems Technological Infrastructure And Ensuring The Continuity, Quality And Scalability Of The Service In Multiple Cities In The Country. These Technical Bases Contain The Minimum Functional And Technical Requirements To Be Included In The Comprehensive Technological System. This Process Includes Everything Related To The Design, Development, Integration, Supply, Assembly, Configuration, Approval Testing, Commissioning, Administration, Operation And Maintenance Of This Solution.
